Gift Card Term & Conditions

By purchasing, using, or accepting a Puntigo e-Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Website Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using your Gift Card.

Puntigo / we / our / us means Puntigo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
You / your means the person purchasing the Gift Card or any recipient you nominate.

Gift Cards are digital-only and issued in GBP (£). They are not debit, credit, or charge cards and do not represent electronic money.

PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

You can purchase a Puntigo e-Gift Card directly from www.puntigo.com

Gift Cards are available in denominations between £10 and £300.
They can be purchased using credit/debit card, PayPal, or any accepted online payment method.

Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card.
All Gift Cards are delivered electronically — no physical card is issued.

DELIVERY

Once your order is confirmed, your e-Gift Card will be automatically delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout. You may send it to your own email or directly to the recipient’s email address.

Please double-check the email address provided before completing your order. We are not responsible for Gift Cards sent to an incorrect or invalid email address due to customer error.

Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to a few hours during busy periods or if manual payment verification is required.

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

Your Puntigo e-Gift Card can only be redeemed online at www.puntigo.com

To use your Gift Card:

  1. Add items to your shopping basket.

  2. Enter your Gift Card code at checkout.

  3. The amount will be deducted from your order total.

If your order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, you may pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

Any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card for future purchases until the expiry date.

EXPIRY

Puntigo e-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reissued.

CHECKING YOUR BALANCE

You can check your remaining Gift Card balance by:

  • Clicking the link included in your original Gift Card email, or

  • Contacting our Customer Support team via our Contact Us page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you return an item purchased using a Gift Card in accordance with our standard Returns Policy, the refund will be applied as follows:

  • If the full order was paid using a Gift Card, the refund will be added back to the same Gift Card.

  • If you paid using multiple methods, the refund will first go to your Gift Card and any remaining amount to your other payment method.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given for purchases made with a Gift Card.

LOST OR MISPLACED GIFT CARDS

Puntigo is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or used Gift Cards.
Please keep your Gift Card code secure, as we cannot replace or reissue a Gift Card that has already been redeemed or shared with someone else.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your Gift Card order within 14 days of purchase if the Gift Card has not been used.

To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

  • No cash alternatives are available.

  • Gift Cards may only be used for purchases on Puntigo.com.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Gift Card if we suspect fraud, misuse, or technical error.

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, security, or business reasons. The latest version will always be available on our website.
